My First Mango

When I lived in New Hampshire I used to park my car under a nest of barn swallows. Now I park under a mango tree. This is my first mango from that tree.
It'll go nicely with my morning cup of French Press coffee out by the pool, or maybe in a chutney with a little garlic served on grilled chicken. Because it's easily twice the size of a store bought mango, there's more than enough for both.
Mango Chutney
Put the flesh of 1 mango in a food processor. Add a touch of garlic (to taste) and blend.
I like to keep it simple but some people add lime. Experiment to discover what tickles your taste buds. Be bold. Try something new!
