We're Moving To The Beach!
After 25 years in New Hampshire and with two daughters heading off to college, Pug and I are going to live on a little latitude beach. Come mid-July the island dog philosopher and I will pack the surfboard, the conga drum and my laptop for the journey to our new home in south Florida. We'll start off in Delray Beach. After that who knows where we'll wind up. Maybe Longboat Key on the Gulf Coast. Maybe Key West.
Delray Beach, which advertises itself as a “Village By The Sea,” is located on the Florida's Atlantic coast between West Palm Beach and Ft Lauderdale. It’s a wonderful little city rich in culture and the arts and only a five hour drive from Key West. It’s the place I’ve chosen as my new home.
I’m excited about this new adventure. It’s the beginning of a new journey for me both professionally as well as personally. I carry with me many wonderful memories of the people whose lives I’ve touched and who have also influenced me. For this I am grateful.
In preparation for the move, we’ve changed our look. We’ve finished our new website and new logo but will retained the concepts and philosophies that make Pug At The Beach your home for hope, inspiration and fun. This new blog, News From The Beach from Pug At The Beach, will chronicle life on the beach and the many wonderful lessons we learn while at the ocean’s edge.
I’ll be in New Hampshire until mid-July, and then Pug and I are off to our new home at the beach.
